Vinotolia wine tastings was started again in 30th of March with tasting of Aegean Wines.
Wines tasted during the session:
Corvus Vasilaki 2005 - Dry white wine produced from white grapes of Bozcaada Island on Aegean Sea.
Muscat of Lemnos 2005 - Dry white wine of Greece produced from Muscat grapes in Limnos Island on Aegean Sea.
Alaçatı Shiraz 2006 - Dry red wine produced from Shiraz Grape of Cesme region in Aegean Turkey
Kavaklıdere Sultaniye Sweet - Sweet white wine produced from seedless Sultaniye Grapes of Aegean Turkey.

Content of tastings
Wine tastings are conducted by Vinotolia’s WSET Advanced Programme certificated specialist and take place in the rock carved winery or panoramic restaurant of Şıra Hotel in Uçhisar.
A multivision show which explains briefly the history of wine in Turkey and in Cappadocia (20 minutes). Tasting of 5 wines, local bread and cheeses.
