Güray Tüysüz, one of the owners of Güray Ceramic in Avanos, declared that the construction of rock engraved culture center on 2 thousand square meters is on going where they give service. Tüysüz added that in this area the conventions, conferences, seminars, sema ceremonies (whirling dervishes) and concerts, etc will be organized in this area. In addition one of the halls will be used as a pottery museum. In the pottery museum traditional pots from the past till today will be exhibited together with the information about potters of Avanos. It is planned that the culture center will be opened in 2010 tourism season.
