Starting from the very first issue, we have been working like a child who tries to complete his jigsaw puzzle, with a great enthusiasm and patience. Essentially, for us Cappadocia is like a big jigsaw puzzle with many pieces. Each article and each photo are the meaningful small pieces which creates a bigger scene as they come together. Until today we try to find the most suitable pieces and to fix them into the right place with assiduity. Now we have many readers who realized this assiduity and many friends from Cappadocia who support our magazine. We love them all. We are aware of that the most permanent thing is accurately established relation with the people and the created friendship.
When we first shared our intention of publishing a magazine solely about Cappadocia with our friends, some said that after few issues we would run out of subjects. However after researching a little in the area we realized that Cappadocia is like an open sea. It has such a variety with its incredible nature and enchanting atmosphere, its archeological and historical structure, its vine yards and wine cellars, its boutique style hotels, its local cuisine, traditional handicrafts and outdoor sports opportunities that it seem impossible to run out of subject not merely by publishing few issues of a magazine, but books with several volumes. Cappadocia, with such characteristics, is becoming a genuine destination not only for culture and faith tourism but also for outdoor activities and thermal tourism. However, Cappadocia’s publicity both in Turkey and especially on abroad is not enough. Therefore we decided to publish Peribacası Cappadocia Culture and Publicity Magazine, whose topic is only Cappadocia and printed 80 pages every three months in Turkish and English. Our magazine is a publication of Kare Textile Industry and Commerce LTD co. Kare Textile was established in 1989 in Ankara by two partners. In 2009 Kare Textile celebrated its 20th anniversary and continues its activities on home textile area.
