Skål,
celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, is the biggest non governmental
organization in world tourism sector with its 22 thousand members of 480 clubs
in 89 countries. Y. Murat Özgüç is the president of Skål Cappadocia, one of the
representatives of Skål in Turkey. We had an interview with his about the aims
and services of the club.
Skål Cappadocia is established in 2000. Although
it is the third smallest club of Skål Turkey with its 27 members, it is very
active. Especially after 2007, club accelerated its works and releasing many
projects in order to promote Cappadocia efficiently among world’s tourism
professionals. One of the aims of the club is to organize Skål’s director
meetings of 2010 and one of the world congresses in Cappadocia. In order to have
